Our work spaces puts user experience in the fore front of our office space designs.
We understand user behavior so our spaces are designed not just to connect people but to improve productivity through inspiring creativity and innovation. We think user optimization in creating private spaces, inclusive spaces and circular spaces.
Enjoy a range of settings; From traditional desks to non traditional seating cells, our hybrid office design offers different seating and space arrangements from empathic to contemplation spaces, task and focus spaces, ideation and collaborative spaces. Couches and coffee tables provide relaxed seating in our lounges while other collaborative desks, huddle spaces and tall back boots ensure we have a balanced mix of work spaces for you.

What is the difference between a Hot desk, a dedicated desk and open office individual workstations?
Hot desks
You can purchase a chunk of hours and spread how you use it each month. For instance, you can purchase 20hours of office space time and use 5 hours each week. This is best for startups who have a limited budget but need this type of flexibility.
Permanent desk
With this option, your desk is dedicated to you for the duration of your reservation. This is an arrangement that allows you to leave personal items as the desk is reserved for your use.
Open office work stations
This is a budget friendly arrangement that is great for both individual and collaborative work where you need to stay connected and productive and engaged with your team members.
